Mit Natürlicher Familienplanung (NFP) habe ich noch in den 1980ern angefangen, ganz klassisch mit Thermometer, Stift und Papier. Ich freue mich wie Bolle, wenn mir Frauen mit Zykluskurven in der Praxis gegenüber sitzen und meist ist für mich mit einem Blick klar, warum es mit dem schwanger-werden nicht klappt…
Aber ich erlebe immer wieder, wie sehr Zyklusmonitoring Frauen stresst und wie viel Verunsicherung hochkommt, ob auch wirklich alles richtig ist, wann die fruchtbarsten Tage sind.
